Crime Awareness Program in 2009 by MIYDF in collaboration with the Ministry of Home Affairs and The Royal Malaysia Police (PDRM).
This programme was held following the awareness that crimes are getting more complex and therefore prevention measures and exposure is needed amongst our Indian youth.
The program addressed topics such as personal safety, alcohol and drug abuse awareness and the prevention of sexual assault, domestic violence and its consequences. As part of this crime awareness program, participants are encouraged to be responsible for their own security and the security of others.
